Hello! My name is Ayla Marika, an Australian SEO website developer, graphic designer and visual branding professional.
Today I am selling two of my dearly loved websites AuroraTracks.com and Chocolatiering.com These two websites were built by me as part of a website portfolio strategy in 2022, closely following the white hat SEO website principles and strategies of the eBusiness Institute Australia (as taught by Matt and Liz Raad). Both websites have been featured on the eBusiness Institute Digital Investors webinars as website build case studies and success stories.
I have put a lot of personal care, passion and financial investment into both of these websites over the years. However, after much consideration, I have decided on a career change to follow my true passion (visual art), and will no longer be pursuing SEO website development or digital marketing. While I believe Aurora Tracks and Chocolatiering have a ton of growth and monetization potential in excellent niches, I have recently been presented with an exciting new career opportunity, and no longer have time or interest to devote to growing and maintaining these websites. I am therefore keen to pass the torch onto someone else who has the energy and enthusiasm to pour into them.
Currently the websites are only lightly monetized, but revenue could be increased almost immediately with the addition of more lucrative display advertising and affiliate links. The sale price has been set with consideration to the high-quality 100% human-written content on the websites, and solid white-hat SEO foundation of these websites, which form the bedrock of any properly executed website growth strategy. There are no skeletons in the closet or trash swept under the rug; these websites are totally clean, natural and healthy.
